This class opened my eyes to so many aspects of time-only clock maintenance, but what impressed me the most was the instructor. I especially loved the school’s facilities and the small class size that allowed for plenty of student interaction. Additionally, I have had watches shipped directly to him for verification of authenticity and condition before purchase. His communication and attention to detail were great each time. Since that time, he has serviced approximately 10 additional vintage Rolex watches for me. It was difficult to navigate what to keep untouched and what to refinish so that the history of the piece was respected. During the process the communication was excellent, and he was patient with my many questions.
He was able to help me source difficult to find parts to bring it back to its original condition. Phillip did a phenomenal job restoring my father's gilt 5513.
